Full-Time [2025-7610] Predictive Model Support Engineer

Strategic Analytics is a dynamic, growing team at Arch. The team develops innovative predictive models and analytical tools to improve profitability and growth. This position supports the ongoing support, maintenance, and deployment of predictive models and analytical tools.

Responsibilities:

• Support existing applications and workflows for incident resolution
• Build support tools and expand capabilities to improve monitoring of predictive model applications and processes
• Use SQL and Python to explore and understand underlying data issues and incident resolutions, monitoring, performance, and best practices
• Code deployment using GitHub
• Develop libraries using Python
• Document technical workflows and monitoring processes
• Collaborate with project managers and other developers
• Contribute and enforce evolving best standards and practices

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of application support experience
• 3+ years of experience with Python
• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• 3+ years of workflow and/or automation experience
• Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus
• Experience with Azure Data Factory is a plus
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps is a plus
• Ability to clearly communicate across multiple teams and escalate major issues when appropriate

Primary function: Incident resolution through guidance of playbooks and troubleshooting guides and code deployments.

Secondary role: Enhancing monitoring capabilities to reduce the number of incidents.

Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology degree, Data Analytics or equivalent.
