Full-Time Accelerator Architect

As an Accelerator Architect at Venafi, you'll be part of a motivated team protecting large organizations. You'll translate customer needs for Machine Identity Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering solution workshops
• Evaluating business processes
• Proposing improvements
• Tracking customer program success
• Ensuring success for multiple accounts
• Acting as a customer advocate and Venafi SME
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners

Key skills and experience:

• 1+ years of consulting experience
• Desire for technical mentorship and strong customer relationships
• Proven business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience automating Machine Identity Management using Venafi Trust Protection Platform
• Strong scripting and API knowledge (PowerShell, Go, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Expertise with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with orchestration/CI/CD (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with TLS/SSL encryption technologies (F5, NetScaler, etc.) - desirable
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, written)
• Proven success with sales, IT, and end-users
• Bonus skills: Understanding of major cloud providers' machine identity use, multi-cloud/hybrid environments
• Prior consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect role experience
• Software development training and experience
• VSA certification
• Industry-recognized security certifications (CISSP)

Additional details:

• Remote position
• 20% travel to customer sites and Venafi headquarters

Compensation: $99,000 - $145,000/year, plus commissions/bonuses
