Full-Time Accelerator Architect

As an Accelerator Architect at Venafi, you’ll join a motivated team protecting large organizations. Venafi seeks a highly motivated, proactive, customer-focused Accelerator Architect to translate and deliver machine identity management solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering specialized solution workshops.
• Evaluating business processes and proposing improvements.
• Tracking customer Machine Identity Management program success.
• Ensuring success for multiple customer accounts.
• Serving as a customer advocate and Venafi subject matter expert.
• Collaborating with all Venafi teams, partners, and customers.

Experience needed:

• 17+ years of consulting experience in enterprise IT.
• Desire to mentor customers and build relationships.
• Proven business acumen and ability to solve problems.
• Experience automating Machine Identity Management using Venafi Trust Protection Platforms (Datacenter, TLSPC & TLSPK).
• Strong scripting and API skills (PowerShell, Go, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with modern containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with orchestration and CI/CD (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins).
• Experience with TLS/SSL technologies (F5, NetScaler, IIS, Apache).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience working with sales, IT, and end-user groups.
• Knowledge of cloud providers' machine identity usage, multi-cloud environments, and hybrid environments.

Additional skills desirable

• Previous experience in a consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect role.
• Software development training and experience.
• VSA certification
• Industry-recognized security certifications (CISSP)

This remote role involves approximately 20% travel to customer sites and Venafi headquarters. Salary range: $99,000 - $145,000/year, plus commissions/bonuses.
