Full-Time Accelerator Architect Lead

As an Accelerator Architect Lead at CyberArk, you’ll be part of a dedicated team protecting large organizations. CyberArk seeks a customer-focused Architect to deliver upon customer needs for Machine Identity Security. This role demonstrates expertise with the Venafi Trust Protection Platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and delivering solution workshops.
• Evaluating existing business processes and proposing improvements.
• Tracking customer Machine Identity Security program success.
• Ensuring success for multiple customer accounts.
• Serving as a customer advocate and subject matter expert.
• Maintaining close working relationships with internal, partner, and customer teams.

Success requires experience with various IT technologies. As organizations automate, and adopt cloud & DevOps, this experience is crucial.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate how Machine Identity Security improves security postures, streamlines processes, and documents solutions. This role guides and advises in Machine Identity Security.

Requirements include:

• 17+ years of consulting experience in enterprise IT.
• Strong mentorship and customer relationship skills.
• Proven business acumen to solve critical business problems.
• Experience automating Machine Identity Management with Venafi.
• Strong scripting and API skills (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
• Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Direct cloud technology experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Orchestration/CI/CD experience (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, etc.).
• TLS/SSL encryption experience (F5, NetScaler, etc.) is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in high-pressure situations.
• Venafi subject matter expertise.
• Experience working on a cloud platform.
• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Preferred skills:

• AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
• Cloud model, provider, multi-cloud and hybrid environment experience.
• Experience in consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect roles.
• Software development training and experience.
• VSA Certification.
• Industry-recognized security certifications (CISSP)

Remote position with approximately 20% travel to customer sites and office locations (Salt Lake City, UT or Newton, MA).

Compensation: $103,000 - $152,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.
