As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in expanding Freshworks' presence in Western Canada. Focus on engaging multiple stakeholders, delivering tailored ITSM and EX solutions, and helping agencies boost productivity and employee satisfaction with our software. Success hinges on handling complex sales processes with high-budget deals and medium-to-long sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for organizations in Western Canada.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers (IT leaders, department heads, HR) to solve challenges within public sector agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, adjusting to medium-to-long sales cycles.
- Create compelling value propositions aligned with client needs and budgets.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to provide end-to-end client experiences.
Experience
5-8 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, especially in ITSM and EX solutions. Prior experience selling to organizations with 500-1000 employees is a plus.

- Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and their impact on public sector agency efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and EX platforms to improve productivity and employee engagement.

Compensation
Annual base salary: $144,000 - $207,000 CAD + Variable Compensation
