Account Executive opportunity at Guardant Health, commercial team.
Field-based role for Account Executives to set go-to-market strategy and launch cancer screening technology, focusing on primary care providers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prospect healthcare providers, drive sales, meet sales goals.
- Execute national sales strategy, utilize promotional budget effectively.
- Drive strategic collaborations with primary care providers.
- Develop business plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Partner with national, regional labs for phlebotomy agreements.
- Initiate, secure lab service agreements, train on specimen collection.
- Analyze competitive landscape, provide feedback to leadership.
- Develop strategic plans for new and existing clients.
- Manage promotional activities for sales & marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Travel required within assigned territory, regional/national meetings.
- Uphold company values and quality management policies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct experience in customer-facing healthcare sales (diagnostics, medical devices or pharma).
- Consistent closing ability, proven past performance exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- High confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce/Veeva preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with diagnostic product sales to primary care.
- Product launch planning & execution experience.
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape.
- High-touch customer service skills.
Personal Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to meet clinic/office entry requirements.
- Ability to travel daily throughout territory.
Salary: $116,000 - $133,000 (US).

- Employee may need to lift office supplies/use equipment.
- Desk/office environment, possible exposure to lab environment (noise, fumes, biohazards).
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
