Job Summary
Understand Client Needs and Identify Sales Opportunities: Actively listen to and understand client needs. Identify relevant sales opportunities leveraging NielsenIQ's value proposition.
Develop and Maintain Client Networks: Build and maintain strong relationships with key players within client networks.
Showcase NielsenIQ Solutions: Demonstrate NielsenIQ solution functionality to clients. Educate clients about industry trends and best practices.
Prepare and Deliver Proposals and Pitches: Prepare compelling proposals and convert opportunities into sales.
Manage Client Needs Assessment: Manage needs assessment and discovery processes.
Meet Revenue Targets: Achieve revenue targets by planning and implementing sales strategies. Monitor opportunities and risks.
Utilize CRM and Enterprise Selling Processes: Effectively use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM. Understand and leverage the steps involved in the enterprise selling process for faster sales cycles.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- FMCG and NielsenIQ Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG and NielsenIQ products and services, and their value to clients.
- Sales Expertise: Proficient in consultative sales methods, including receiving and responding to RFPs.
- Communication Skills: Skilled communicator able to deliver client presentations, handle complex situations, and resolve client issues.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively with internal (Analytics, Client Response) and external teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive approach to building internal and external networks.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 1-3 years experience
Compensation: $51,800 - $69,550 (Base)
