Hybrid Opportunity in Baltimore, MD.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Request System Coordinator to join our team. You will initiate new client accounts and ensure KYC compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Documentation, AML, IED/FID Risk, Operations) and clients to collect necessary documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate the Account Request System for new client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account setup.
- Communicate with clients to gather KYC compliance documentation.
- Ensure all legal entities meet KYC standards, coordinating with internal teams.
- Monitor processes to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
