Responsibilities:
• Proficiently use and navigate NetSuite accounting software
• Train the team on the use of NetSuite
• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilize other accounting software systems, including ADP - Financial Services, Cl Programming, and Concur
• Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Provide online training on NetSuite CRM.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Knowledge in Cl Programming is a plus
• Familiarity with Concur software is desirable
• A solid understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed
• Capability to handle various Accounting Functions is required
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is needed
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is a must
• Proven experience in Auditing is crucial
• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account is important
• Proficiency in NetSuite software is required
• Experience with Netsuite CRM will be advantageous
• Capable of managing Online training is a plus
