Full-Time Accounting Operations Analyst

Twingate is building a modern remote access solution. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our growing Finance team.

Reporting to our Senior Accountant, the Accounting Operations Analyst will support day-to-day accounting processes, ensure accuracy, and own collections/accounts payable.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with monthly/quarterly accounting close (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
2. Supporting order-to-cash function (contract review, order forms, scaling)
3. Account provisioning & customer subscription management
4. Owning the accounts receivable process (customer outreach, forecasting)
5. Developing/managing customer billing communications
6. Managing accounts payable (vendor invoice processing)
7. Maintaining expense management platform (Navan)
8. Scaling the accounting function (policies, systems, improvements)
9. Other ad-hoc tasks (reporting, analysis, training)

Qualifications include:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606
• Strong communication skills, US stakeholder experience
• SaaS industry experience preferred
• Experience with financial applications (Salesforce, Bill.com, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Automation/AI experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines
