- Accounts Receivable:
- Invoice Creation: Generate and validate customer invoices.
- Collections: Monitor receivables and ensure timely payments.
- Cash Applications: Apply incoming payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Order Processing: Handle orders from entry to fulfillment.
- Limited Credit Management: Support credit checks and assist in managing credit limits.
- Billing Adjustments: Process billing corrections.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer queries.
- Accounts Payable:
- Invoice Processing
- Disbursements
- GR/IR Clearing
- Transactional Support for PO Process in Ariba
- Supplier Inquiry
Ideal candidate:
- Advanced language skills in German & English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC or similar finance operations roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
