About this position
We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events for the Home Office, including Service Awards, Admin Day, and Associate Appreciation events. In addition to typical administrative tasks, this role involves maintaining the Associate Discount Directory, coordinating internal programs such as golf clinics and CPR training, and assisting with special projects throughout the year. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for event coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing Home Office events, including Service Awards, BBQs, and company-wide meetings.
- Maintain and update the Associate Discount Directory.
- Coordinate and schedule golf clinics, CPR training, and Self-Defense Training for internal associates.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Associate of the Quarter program.
- Support other special projects as assigned.
Skills/Requirements
- 1-5 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
- 1-year contract with the potential to extend.

- Work schedule: Onsite at minimum TWTH, with flexibility for events on M/F.
- Will not be required to work over 40 hours per week.
