We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a versatile role that supports our main office by handling essential tasks such as conference preparation, marketing support, calendaring, inside sales, prospecting clients, and outbound cold calls. This is a remote position, thus, the ability to work independently and take the initiative is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conference Preparation: Coordinate, prepare and manage end-to-end logistics for our meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda setting, participant coordination, and material preparation.
Marketing Support: Assist marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. This includes maintaining databases, producing reports, and monitoring campaign performance.
Calendaring: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all appointments and meetings and ensure all parties are informed and prepared.
Inside Sales: Support in generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and assisting in the achievement of sales goals.
Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to continuously grow the client base.
Outbound Cold Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain our services, and assess their needs to generate leads.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous administrative or executive assistant experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and ease with learning other new software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Proven ability to maintain and promote professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
