Full-Time Agile Coach / Scrum Master

ClassWallet, a leading financial technology company in the United States, is seeking an Agile Coach / Scrum Master.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owner to align team with product vision and delivery commitments.
• Create an environment of collaboration within teams.
• Mentor and coach teams and stakeholders in agile practices, frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Work with product management on the prioritization and refinement of the development backlog.
• Guide and mentor teams on techniques for breaking down work.
• Educate team members on right-sizing work and its impact on outcomes.
• Train the team on identifying bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Encourage continuous reflection on processes and improvement.
• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Feature Planning & Refinement, Feature Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve team dependencies and impediments.
• Understand and utilize flow metrics to drive performance and accountability.
• Foster ownership and shared responsibility among team members.
• Champion continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate organizational impediments to leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with Agile values and principles
• Knowledge of agile ceremonies and artifacts
• Exposure to modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Test automation)
• Expert with agile frameworks
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Understanding of right-sizing work
• Understanding of flow metrics
• Experience with release management (preferred)
• Experience leading Agile transformations (preferred)
• Understanding of systems thinking and change management (preferred)
• Experience with Agile tooling (preferred)
• Background in a technical discipline (preferred)
• Agile certifications (preferred)
