Full-Time Amazon Account VA

1. Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account support.
2. Create and manage shipments from setup to successful delivery.
3. Conduct daily checks to ensure listings display correctly and resolve catalog issues.
4. Monitor account health and performance metrics, fixing problems before they escalate.
5. Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
6. Handle refunds, replacements, and customer feedback disputes.
7. Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
8. Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
9. Provide general account health and maintenance support.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, account health metrics, and catalog troubleshooting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability—you own your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
• Bonus: Familiarity with business/accounting principles or listing optimization basics.
