Job Details
Tangible is looking for an Analyst to join our deal team and work on some of the most dynamic transactions in private markets. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across every stage of a secondary process, working directly with senior team members and clients.

- Build and maintain financial models (fund and asset-level).
- Analyze portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials.
- Draft marketing documents and client presentations.
- Support execution and project management across live deals.
- Collaborate with the platform/tech team to enhance workflows.
- 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or strong internships.
- Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in private equity and secondary markets.
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible, proactive, and self-directed.
