Full-Time Analyst - Model Build

Role: You'll work with a team of modeling professionals, creating, analyzing, and optimizing complex financial models. Ensure models are robust and reliable.

1. Operations: Assist in creating and optimizing financial models for strategic decision-making.
2. Develop and refine model assumptions, parameters, and scenarios, ensuring robustness and reliability.
3. Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model outputs, helping clients make informed decisions.
4. Contribute to financial modeling methodologies and tool development.
5. Prepare comprehensive model documentation, detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results.
6. Maintain meticulous records of modeling processes.
7. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

People: Collaborate closely with team members and communicate model findings effectively to clients and internal teams. Simplify complex financial modeling issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant financial analysis experience within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in building and operating financial models using Excel.
• Degree in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
