Full-Time Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations

Remote working position, US EST hours.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and liaise with departments for incoming requests and quality escalations.
• Prepare reports, share insights into quality findings.
• Drive and/or participate in quality programs (suppliers, clients, etc.).
• Proactively monitor and track internal data, identify and troubleshoot unusual spikes/dips in traffic (supplier, client, user level).
• Contribute to development of new tools and products.
• Update product and internal documentation.
• Explore avenues, plan and ideate to improve the overall quality function.

Minimum experience: 2-3 years in Market Research service industry.

• Data Analysis: spot patterns and irregularities in data sets of different sizes.
• Highly organized, proactive; manage many tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset to understand impact of actions.
• Team player; clear communication; build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication (English).
• Technical requirements: MS-Office proficiency (Excel V-lookups, Pivot tables, formulas, filtering, de-duplication checks).
• Handle Market Research data checks and validation.
• Manipulate large files.
• Provide clear, concise feedback on data findings and suggestions for improvements.
• Knowledge of Sampling criteria and panel handling (advantage).
