What is this position about? We are looking for a detail-oriented Analytics Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Adobe Analytics and a strong interest in reporting, developing actionable insights, building dashboards, and collaborating with the team to support data-driven business decisions.
Job Description
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics, helping translate business questions into actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations where applicable.
- Use Adobe Analytics Report Builder to create and automate custom reports and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Learn and understand Adobe Analytics data structures to identify tagging requirements and help validate tagging implementations for accurate data collection.
- Work with log-level click-stream data to support reporting and analysis development, integrating it into insights.
- Support the team in automating reporting processes using Snowflake databases and SQL.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and document reporting processes.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and best practices to team members and clients, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Stay updated on Adobe Analytics features to improve the quality of reports and contribute to report automation and clickstream workflows.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, including Report Builder, and creating basic reports and dashboards.
- Basic understanding of log-level click-stream data and its role in analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to learn how to craft stories and recommendations from data.
- Ability to translate business questions into actionable insights using Adobe Analytics.
- Clear communicator who can work well with teams and present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools, like Snowflake databases and SQL, is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and share challenges openly with the team for support.
- Adobe Analytics certifications or coursework in digital analytics are a plus.
Languages
- Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
