Full-Time Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer

Role purpose: Analytics and business intelligence (ABI) developer provides strategic, analytical, and technical support for business intelligence activities (BI as a self-service) for all Ergomed Group entities. He/She leverages data to gain key insights into business opportunities and effectively presents these insights to business stakeholders.

Education: A master’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, or related field

Experience: At least three years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or a similar role. Expertise in data modeling and data analysis.

1. Data Modeling: Understanding dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake schema), data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT processes), and data modeling tools.
2. Database Management: Proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning. Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or cloud-based databases (AWS Redshift, Azure SQL/Fabric, Google BigQuery).
3. Reporting & Visualization: Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or MicroStrategy for creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
4. Data Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data trends, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
5. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including their data warehousing and analytics services.

• Business Acumen: Understanding of Ergomed business processes, KPIs, and how data drives business decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or healthcare is beneficial.

• Proficiency in scripting languages: (e.g., Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
