We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver innovative data solutions for our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a data engineering team.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using tools like Airbyte, Fivetran, dbt, and Snowflake.
- Optimize data warehouse performance for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop data modeling best practices and pipeline monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and analysts to understand data requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure data reliability.
- Provide thought leadership in modern data engineering.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years data engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Deep expertise in modern data stack tools (Airbyte, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake).
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
- Familiarity with ELT/ETL pipelines and cloud data platforms.
- Experience in product-based companies (preferred).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools like Airflow, Python, QuickSight, PowerBI or Tableau.
- Experience developing data governance frameworks.
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience in a data engineering context.
