Analytics IT Operations Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
- Provide prompt customer feedback
- Record and close customer issues
- Prepare accurate reports
- Document knowledge in knowledge base
- Support QA and production releases (including off-hours support)
- Troubleshoot issues with developers
Required Skills
- Proven experience in enterprise technical support
- Knowledge of systems, utilities, and scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (ADF, Databricks, ADLS Gen2)
- System administration and SFTP experience
- Experience with analytics tools (Alteryx, ETL)
- Experience with data visualization software (Domo, Datorama)
- SQL programming experience
- Experience automating data tasks (Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Rundeck, Task Scheduler)
