Full-Time Analytics Manager

Your Role:

We seek an Analytics Manager for our growing data team to lead the Business Analytics team and promote data-driven decision-making. The team supports major functions like Finance, Marketing, Sales, Member Support, and People. High-quality data assets and self-service dashboards are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor data analysts.
• Drive cross-functional communication for data utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Cultivate data curiosity and problem-solving.
• Develop analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure data quality and governance.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in data analytics, 2+ in management.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, visualization, and BI tools.
• Proven track record of driving data-driven decisions.
• Travel or B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Sigma).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
