Full-Time Analytics Specialist

We're seeking an Analytics Specialist to join our Client Services team. You'll empower clients to leverage Procore Analytics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics implementation projects, including training and client management. Light project management may be needed.
• Consult clients on best construction analytics practices.
• Be the subject matter expert for all Procore Analytics products.
• Collaborate and deliver statements of work for technical services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal client-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Project Managers).
• Assist the BI development team with Power BI solutions (scoping, design, development, stakeholder consultation, platform configuration).
• Use client data and trends to drive future professional services engagements.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years client-facing experience
• 2+ years experience with Power BI (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics
• Experience with professional services and consulting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Effective communication (written & verbal) for technical and business audiences
• Broad knowledge of technology trends
• Proactive analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Construction industry experience (preferred)
