Position Summary:The Application Support Operations Analyst ensures efficient operation, meeting internal customer needs through data analysis, reporting, and research, advising Application Support and other teams.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data to pinpoint operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business questions into analytical methodologies, leveraging large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Distill insights into data-driven narratives for informed decisions and results, utilizing GoodLeap products and systems.
- Develop and implement data collection methods, analytics, and strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Establish measurement methods for process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure data cleanliness by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate errors and enhancement opportunities.
- Work on projects and tasks, providing updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to ensure awareness and understanding.
- Understand customer pain points and monitor trends/patterns, advocating for better customer experience and support processes.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Hands-on experience with APIs
- Proven experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Technical background with understanding of business needs and strategy
- Demonstrated understanding and advocacy for knowledge-centered support
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments, using technical writing and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on-time, leveraging experience in development processes, work estimation, and resource allocation
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize work
- Technology exposure to AWS Services like CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Elastic search, Cognito, S3, IAM
- Critical thinking skills
- Interest in learning proprietary software
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Loans or FinTech experience (preferred)
