The Enterprise Product Consumer Data team is responsible for collection, standardization, and democratization of data across NBCUniversal to enable activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Specialist to join our Enterprise Product Consumer Data team.
As the Applications Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the execution, maintenance, and enhancement of features related to Applications and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project management, engineering, and leadership) to execute product roadmap initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and management of a knowledge base/documentation repository.
- Analyze product data to derive insights and trends.
- Gather and analyze user feedback/customer surveys to improve product development.
- Support the Product Owner/Manager in defining and prioritizing tasks.
- Document clear requirements for engineering tasks, aligning with product goals.
- Implement product enhancements and improvements.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand needs and gather product requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Provide support in obtaining business/legal approvals for data onboarding, access, and usage.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of product experience (product management or product development)
- Basic understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and consumer data product development (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience with strong written/oral communication, interpersonal skills, project management, and presentation abilities
- 1+ year of experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable)
- Knowledge of data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) (preferred)
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Experience in Film/Television, Media, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build strong relationships with management and internal collaborators
- Interest in digital advertising and marketing technology stacks
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Employment Details:
- Fully Remote
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
