We are seeking a passionate and driven individual looking to expand their business-to-business sales experience and gain valuable market knowledge.
As an Area Sales Manager with Bosch Power Tools, you will be the front-line representative for Bosch and Dremel, dealing with business owners and key decision-makers on a daily basis. You will manage all aspects of the business relationship with your assigned distribution partners within a territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales in the assigned region through current distribution, new business development, and end-user development.
- Developing relationships with customers at all management levels.
- Identifying and prospecting potential new distributors.
- Developing comprehensive sell-in and sell-through plans for distribution partners.
- Providing accurate monthly/quarterly territory forecasts exceeding budgets.
- Keeping the organization updated on competitive trends.
- Training and demonstrating products regularly.
- Engaging with the brand marketing team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of sales and sales leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong business communication skills, broad business perspective, and understanding of the power tool market.
- Valid driver’s license, frequent travel with overnight stays (up to 30%).
- Bilingual (French and English).
