The Assistant Community Manager supports residents with complex needs. This is a mission-driven opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with residents to support housing stability and well-being
- Assist with certifications, re-certifications, rent collection, and compliance documentation
- Conduct property inspections and report maintenance issues
- Support emergency response efforts and incident reporting
- Supervise on-site staff and oversee performance in the absence of the Community Manager
Job Skills/Requirements:
- 1–2 years of residential property management experience, including affordable housing
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems like RealPage
- Ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and empathy
