Full-Time Assistant Quality Management and Data Quality Assurance

Job Description

In our warm and welcoming company, you will be assigned with these main tasks:

The main responsibility will be to assist the Data Manager & Head of Operations with scientific data verification and validation, as well as Quality Management.

The tasks required to be undertaken include:

•Validate and verify data collection

•Data quality check

•Organize data for analysis

•Manage QM-related documents, including creation, editing, and release

•Monitor and supervise daily workflows according to ISO 9001 guidelines

Qualifications

•Bachelor/master's degree in natural sciences or training as medical/biological/chemical laboratory technician

•Experience in processing scientific raw data

•Precision and accuracy

•Record keeping and documentation skills

•Priority will be given with candidate with experience in Excel, statistical software similar to GraphPad Prism

•First experience in active QM is an advantage

•Independent, result-oriented and pro-active way of working, combined with a strong sense of responsibility

•Good knowledge of written and spoken English, good German skills are a plus
