Associate Client Manager, you'll be part of a team of experienced industry insights experts focused on delighting clients. You'll support informed business decisions by delivering analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data and tools, following NIQ standards.
You'll also execute the Service Model, guide, and coach junior members.
- Master NIQ tools and metrics to solve client business questions.
- Collaborate with CS Consultants to enhance customer experience.
- Independently respond to questions during briefings, developing analytical outlines leveraging NIQ solutions.
- Simplify and visualize data, translating numbers into compelling client stories with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present insights at the Academy Silver graduate level using SCQA and AP.
- Drive customer satisfaction through relevant and impactful insights.
- Generate leads independently and partner with AD to convert them into revenue opportunities.
- Execute service model effectively.
- Proactively remove roadblocks.
- Lead by example, guiding and coaching junior team members.
- Champion initiatives, guiding peers and meeting KPIs.
- Lead Thought Leadership Projects.
- Client briefings:
- In-market: Ensure briefing forms are complete. Ask probing questions to understand client needs. Guide junior team members.
- Hub: Ensure briefing documents are complete and accurate, clarifying information with in-market teams. Guide junior team members.
Experience and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in CPG industry or related fields.
- Prior NIQ experience (or similar solutions) preferred in the analytics space, including POS/Panel Data.
- Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.).
- Proficiency in using Discover to address client concerns and drive usage.
- Ability to coach others in data analysis and NIQ tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, curiosity for building data-driven stories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Digital savvy and fast learner.
- Masters degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
$64,000 - $72,000 base salary + potential sales-based incentive or performance bonus.
