Full-Time Associate Data Engineer

RxAnte is a rapidly growing tech-enabled healthcare services company looking for an Associate Data Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining data systems to support analytic products.

Responsibilities include:

• Architecting, developing, and maintaining data processes and programs.
• Building data pipelines using ETL/ELT.
• Using SQL, Python, SAS, or BI reporting tools (like Tableau) to develop programs for stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the team to establish and maintain best practices.
• Documenting and quality checking work.
• Learning new technologies to support team needs.
• Managing individual projects and addressing roadblocks.
• Working with leadership.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mathematics/statistics, computer science, health services research, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or BI reporting tools.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with administrative healthcare claims data (a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (a plus).
• Strong communication, analytical, and data quality skills.
• Experience working in an environment that uses project management tools (like Atlassian).
