Exciting opportunity for an experienced Information and Cyber Security Manager to join a growing team
Operate and continuously improve the organization’s cyber and information security capabilities.
Ensure digital assets, data, intellectual property, and operational technologies are protected against evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead for Bicycle, ensuring incident detection, analysis, response, and reporting.
- Threat intelligence and proactive defense against cyberattacks.
- Proactive maintenance and continuous improvement of the Cyber Security Management System.
- Management and improvement of the Information Security Management System.
- Proactive assessment of information security risks and issue resolution with Data Privacy Counsel and Legal team (including 3rd party suppliers).
- Compliance with cybersecurity and data protection laws (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.).
- Promote a culture of information and cyber security, setting clear standards and expectations for employees.
- Provide reports to support governance and leadership on cyber risk, resilience, and KPIs.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record of cyber and information security delivery.
- Proactive cybersecurity system experience with incident response (including 3rd party partnerships).
- Familiarity with security certifications (ISO27001, NIST).
- Leadership in information security, data privacy, and data handling in organizations with outsourced activities.
- Experience with risk management, incident management, KPI development and reporting, audit and continuous improvement.
- Policy and process documentation for incident response.
