We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Paid Search to join our in-house paid media team.

- Own all facets of SEM management: Build, Optimize, Scale.
- Optimize to down-funnel KPIs.
- Present campaign updates to clients.
- Write ad copy and optimize at every level.
- Strategize with account management to plan budgets.
- Identify and recommend new areas of growth.
- Use SA360 to implement and troubleshoot lead tracking solutions.
Core Competencies:
- Growth Mindset: Proven track record of growing SEM budgets.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting client-friendly takeaways.
- Analytical Ability: Thrive in a data-rich environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant paid search experience.
- Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+.
- SA360 Experience.
- Google Ads certification a plus.
