Full-Time Associate Finance Business Partner (Remote)

You will work closely with the Senior Director of FP&A and report directly into a Senior Finance Business Partner, as well as be a key contributor to the Turnitin Finance team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide high-quality financial partner service to the business, offering expert advice and challenging management for strategic and operational planning.
• Improve business performance through productivity and efficiency measures.
• Produce and coordinate period management accounts (P&L and capex), analysis, and commentary, presenting to the Senior Finance Business Partner & Senior Director FP&A, informing the business of monthly performance/trends and improvement actions.
• Prepare and own monthly forecasting and management reports.
• Provide value-adding financial insight and support.
• Support stakeholders and senior management with financial analysis to aid decision-making.
• Identify trends to project full-year forecasts, including recommendations on opportunities and risks.
• Support the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast process.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring accurate and robust reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes for increased efficiency.
• Support ad hoc requests for analysis from the FP&A Team, Senior Managers & Executives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant experience in a Finance department.
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified/Part Qualified
• Strong Excel skills and reporting tool aptitude.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and follow-through.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines management capability.
