Full-Time Associate Financial Planning & Analysis

THE POSITION: This position works with the Director, Finance to complete annual budgets and periodic forecasts, monthly variance analysis, margin analysis (client profitability, strategic initiatives impacts, capital investments), and other ad-hoc analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work effectively with the Director, Finance and operational personnel to achieve objectives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business, including service offerings and operations.
• Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to develop and maintain working models.
• Maintain an analytical and problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
• Complete all assigned duties.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

• Travel: Less than 10%
• Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1-2 years of experience
• Strong Excel skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (D365), Adaptive, and Power BI

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• Office environment, frequent reaching, grasping, standing/sitting, walking, talking, hearing, occasional lifting/moving (up to 25 pounds).
• Moderately quiet environment with frequent interruptions.
