About the role
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders to represent the E&B Optimization department.
Lead strategic initiatives and problem-solving efforts related to enrollment, eligibility, and billing processes, requiring automation, internal tooling, or technical enablement for operations teams.
Responsibilities include process design, optimization, and implementation for scalability and operational efficiency.
Projects involve requirement gathering, project planning, decision documentation, data analysis, testing, risk mitigation strategy development, and communication across initiatives and stakeholders.
Report to the Associate Director, E&B Technical Operations.
Work Location
Blended work culture. Expected to come into the office at least two days per week if located within commutable distance of New York City, Tempe, or Los Angeles offices. Remote/work-from-home otherwise.

Pay Transparency
California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington: $93,600 - $122,850 per year.
Other locations: $84,240 - $110,565 per year.
Eligible for employee benefits, unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects.
Create project plans, manage stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, mitigate edge cases, and ensure on-time completion.
Evaluate project priority and performance by creating, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
Assist in developing departmental success metrics.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies.
Mentor team members and promote colleagues' growth.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows.
2+ years of experience using data software (Excel, SQL) and conducting data analysis.
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
Bonus Points
3+ years of work experience in enrollment and billing, health insurance, and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints).
