EVERSANA data & analytics (D&A) practice is rapidly expanding. We are seeking an Associate Principal to support growth in commercial analytics.
This role is responsible for delivering client programs in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare.
Key responsibilities include: coordinating teams (customers, operations, medical, analytics), improving service operations, generating new business, developing custom data deliverables, consulting practices, and new product development.
Essential duties include leading commercial analytics engagement teams and client relationships; planning, organizing, and leading engagement teams; developing insightful analyses and recommendations; delivering high-quality deliverables; building client relationships and identifying new opportunities; leading proposal development; hiring, coaching, and developing staff; contributing to data & analytics practice development; managing external relationships (clients, vendors, experts); and developing a deep understanding of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
Job expectations include occasional travel (10%) and a 40-hour work week.
Minimum qualifications require a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration; 9+ years overall experience; 5+ years proven experience in applying data & analytics in life sciences; established network within the life sciences industry; a proven track record in leadership, planning, and execution; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and client influencing skills; and familiarity with pharmaceutical, medtech, and healthcare trends.
Proficiencies include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), with preferred qualifications including an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD), experience at a top global management consulting firm, and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.
