Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate, Quality Management & Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Support the development and delivery of quality and compliance training programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes and compliance activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality management practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in quality management or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and reporting techniques
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Quality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
