Job Details

The Associate Sales Engineer role is for early-career professionals with a cybersecurity or related background seeking a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Engineers and Executives in driving new business from prospects and existing customers.
  • Complete structured training to master technical sales and cybersecurity threat intelligence.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on proof-of-concept engagements and technical demonstrations.
  • Assist in developing threat intelligence analyses based on customer needs and OSINT findings.
  • Support customer engagements, leveraging intelligence and technical capabilities.
  • Configure and manage tools to enhance solution demonstrations.
  • Conduct OSINT research to identify customer vulnerabilities and trends.
  • Produce actionable insights and support tailoring recommendations for customers.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to support technical aspects of customer meetings.
  • Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions and their business impact.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity, technical sales, intelligence analysis, or technical consulting.
  • Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, security platforms, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers, mentors, and customers.

Preferred Skills

  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Cybersecurity or OSINT certifications are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of security domains (malware, phishing, threat intelligence, incident response).
  • Proficient in time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
