Full-Time Associate Staff Engineer, CRM Dynamics

REQUIREMENTS:Total Experience 5+ years.Hands-on experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power platform.Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service modules) with expertise in customizing and extending DCRM Sales & DCRM Service using JavaScript, C#, and Plugins.Strong hands-on experience in plugin development using Dataverse SDK, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.Advanced experience in Model-Driven Apps, including custom UI development.Strong knowledge and experience in Power Automate, SharePoint, Office 365, and API integrations.In-depth understanding of Azure services, including OAuth authentication and role-based security.Hands-on experience with Custom Ribbons, Command Bars, and JavaScript for form scripting and automation.Experience in configuring and customizing Case, Opportunity, SLA Management, and Knowledge Base in DCRM Service.Expertise in setting up and configuring Sales Pipeline, Lead Scoring, Forecasting, and Quote Management in DCRM Sales.Experience in integrating Dataverse Web API, Custom Connectors, and external systems.Ability to work independently while participating in design, development, and implementation of application systems.Actively seeks and shares knowledge with others, effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner.Ability to resolve challenges efficiently, working closely with project managers and executive management when needed.Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients.Responsibilities:Organized, agile, persistent, and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Delivers information effectively to support the team or workgroup, with strong writing and editing skills in English, conveying complex ideas clearly and directly.Hands-on experience in developing Power Automate to support Backend jobs, bulk updates to dataverse, connection to SharePoint, 0365. Etc.Thoroughly document and effectively communicate technical analyses, designs, and specifications. Additionally, provide explanations for the preferred approach over alternative solutions.Proven ability to collaborate with team members across boundaries, contributing productively and respecting different points of view. Able to cultivate effective client relationships and partnerships across organizational boundaries.Takes personal ownership and accountability for meeting deadlines and achieving agreed-upon results, with strong problem-solving skills.Experience working with Azure DevOps and continuous integration.Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
