About the RoleAs a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Bilue, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable, and performant digital solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with high-performing, cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, build robust automation suites, and drive continuous improvement in our QA practices.
This role is ideal for a technically strong QA professional with proven experience working on end-to-end native mobile projects (iOS and Android), from initial development through to release and post-launch support.
You’ll be passionate about elevating product quality and helping teams deliver their best work in fast-paced, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy: Design and implement test plans and automation strategies that support reliable, scalable mobile and web applications for our clients.
- Automation Development: Build, maintain, and expand automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.
- API Testing: Develop and execute automated API tests using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar, ensuring robust integration coverage.
- CI/CD Integration: Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to ensure early feedback and faster releases.
- Quality Leadership: Champion quality across the entire delivery lifecycle, driving high standards and reducing time-to-release without compromising reliability.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and embed quality into team workflows.
- Defect Management: Accurately identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools, supporting teams with clear and actionable feedback.
- Device and Environment Management: Maintain test environments and manage cross-platform test coverage across multiple devices and operating systems.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior QA team members and actively contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement through documentation and collaboration.
About YouYou’re an experienced QA Engineer who understands that quality is not just about finding bugs, it’s about enabling teams to build better, more resilient products. You bring hands-on experience with end-to-end testing of native mobile apps, along with strong automation and API testing skills.
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.

- 5+ years in QA roles, with a strong focus on native mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
- Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
- Strong experience with end-to-end testing of native mobile applications, including release readiness and post-launch testing
- Deep understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar
- Experience testing both mobile and web applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality client-facing products
