Full-Time Aviation Security Account Manager

• Partner with airports, airlines, and regulatory authorities to design checkpoint layouts.
• Lead operational assessments to evaluate checkpoint performance.
• Lead proposal development and solution presentations.
• Advise customers on integrating CT systems and security technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and innovation initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of TSA policies and airport infrastructure trends.
• Develop and deliver technical and operational briefings.

• Strong understanding of TSA technology qualification processes.
• Expertise in Open Architecture and Remote Screening.
• Deep knowledge of TSA screening operations and airport security protocols.
• Familiarity with BAA, OTA, and IDIQ procurement processes.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or security technologies (preferred).
• Proven ability to lead business development and capture efforts.
• Strong capability in proposal development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with airport CIOs/CTOs, airlines, TSA.
• Represent the organization effectively at industry events.
• Influence TSA pilot programs and roadmap development.
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical guidance.
• Operate effectively in a federal security and aviation environment
