About the Role
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience. We care less about your current tech stack and more about your fundamentals: distributed systems, scalability, clean architecture, and the ability to ship iteratively while learning fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end.
- Design and develop backend systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and observability.
- Work on real-time audio processing pipelines and AI/ML integrations.
- Build and optimize integrations with Docplanner products, third-party healthcare systems, and cloud services across AWS and Azure.
- Solve distributed systems challenges.
- Expand Noa's reach across devices, platforms, and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- Surface trade-offs, propose solutions, and drive day-to-day technical decisions.
