Banking Customer Service Representative This is a contract-to-perm opportunity.This is an on-site opportunity located in Rhode Island.We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced banking environment, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding banking services, transactions, and account inquiries
• Assist customers with troubleshooting online banking or mobile app issues
• Provide account updates and help customers resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow security and privacy protocols while handling sensitive information

Job Skills/Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-volume situations
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

Additional Information

• This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time
• Monday–Friday schedule; standard banking hours
