Banking Customer Service Representative This is a contract-to-perm opportunity.This is an on-site opportunity located in Rhode Island.We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced banking environment, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, resolving issues, and working in a team-oriented setting. Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding banking services, transactions, and account inquiries
- Assist customers with troubleshooting online banking or mobile app issues
- Provide account updates and help customers resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow security and privacy protocols while handling sensitive information
Job Skills/Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-volume situations
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

- This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time
- Monday–Friday schedule; standard banking hours
