Full-Time BI Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a data-driven BI Analyst with a strong focus on Web and SEO Data to join our agency team. You will analyze website performance, search engine rankings, and digital marketing data for multiple clients.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Analyze web analytics and SEO data from sources like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Provide analysis on organic search performance, keyword rankings, and competitor analysis to guide SEO strategies.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Work with structured data formats (JSON, XML) and APIs to extract, process, and visualize data.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align insights with client goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all client reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in BI, data analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with BI visualization tools.
• Understanding of web analytics and organic search data.
• Proficiency in DAX and PowerQuery.
• Experience with web APIs.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with digital marketing and data engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Google BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python.
• Understanding of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, CrUX.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models).
