The Homescan Operations group supports the organization in its efforts to sell and service consumer data solutions. Consumer insight data helps our clients better understand their consumers.
As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Investigate and solve telephone and email queries from our Household Panel Members.
- Assist panel members with any problems concerning scanner operations.
- Update all panel information.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent English and French communication skills (oral and written) a must
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and high attention to detail
- Good logic and interpersonal skills are essential
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is required
- Strong customer focus and a pleasant telephone manner
- Technically savvy with strong knowledge of MSOffice including Excel
