- Full-time virtual (work-from-home) Customer Support contractor position in Mexico.
- Working with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers in the USA and Canada.
- Looking for team players who bring a desire to have an impact on the organization and are ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, tech-savvy, and have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles serving English-speaking customers.
- Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus.
- The previous residence in the US is a big plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
