Full-Time Billing Business Senior Analyst

As a Billing Business Analyst - Integrations, you will support the Global Finance Services (GFS) NA Billing group by defining requirements and applying your operational billing process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in Experian's billing platforms.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency; evaluate processes and design process maps for new projects and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and launch billing solutions.
• Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs.
• Communicate project status to executive management and obtain necessary approvals.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of billing experience.
• Knowledge of complex billing cycles, order management, and pricing.
• Data querying skills, including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Experience presenting to audiences with diverse roles (technical experts, project managers, etc.).
