Full-Time Billing Business Senior Analyst

SummaryAs a Billing Business Analyst - Integrations, you will support the Global Finance Services (GFS) NA Billing group by defining requirements and leveraging operational billing process knowledge. Collaborate with partners and users to identify improvement opportunities and develop a future roadmap. Support system integration, user acceptance testing, and new system implementation. Ensure best practices during team and regional transitions with clear recommendations. Report to the Business Improvement Lead.

Main Responsibilities

1. Functional Expertise: Become an expert in Experian's billing platforms and capabilities.
2. Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements using various methods.
3. Process Improvement and Mapping: Identify process enhancement opportunities, evaluate billing processes, identify areas for improvement, and create process maps for new projects, acquisitions, and billing improvement projects.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and diverse teams to design, test, and launch billing solutions. Implement end-to-end mapping and project requirements gathering.
5. Standard Procedures and Training: Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within the Billing Organization and implement training programs to improve functional expertise and maximize staff effectiveness.
6. Executive Communication: Communicate project status to executive management regularly, obtain guidance and approval for plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of billing experience with knowledge of complex billing cycles, order management, and pricing.
• Data querying skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, power query).
• Experience presenting business, project, and solution topics to various audiences (technical experts, project managers, and line of business leaders).

Ideal Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an Accounting/Finance concentration.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business or ERP System.
• Experience with multiple financial and reporting systems (Oracle OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Project).
