Contractor Booking and Reservations Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Booking and Reservations Specialist to be the initial point of contact for clients scheduling photoshoots, video productions, and studio rentals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web.
• Confirm availability and coordinate scheduling logistics.
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
• Schedule appointments for photoshoots, video sessions, and studio rentals.
• Coordinate with production and creative teams for studio calendar management.
• Maintain and update the booking system with accurate availability and client details.
• Follow up with clients regarding bookings, deposits, contracts, and pre-shoot requirements.
• Provide information about services, pricing, and packages.
• Communicate and enforce studio reservation policies.
• Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with day-of logistics, including client check-in and studio preparation (if onsite).

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, reservations, front desk, or scheduling, preferably in a creative or studio environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency in scheduling platforms, CRMs, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Evening and weekend availability a plus.
